The Open Education Platform at the Research and Consulting Institute, University of Bisha is a digital learning platform designed to deliver flexible educational and training programs that support the development of knowledge and professional skills, enabling learners to keep pace with the evolving labor market.

The platform is aligned with the vision of the University of Bisha, which was established by Royal Decree No. 20937 dated 2/6/1435 AH in the Asir region to meet the growing demand for higher education and to contribute to national development. Today, the university includes several scientific colleges located in the governorates of Bisha, Balqarn, Al-Namas, and Tathleeth, offering a wide range of diploma, bachelor’s, and postgraduate programs.

Through the Open Education Platform, the Research and Consulting Institute at the University of Bisha seeks to extend the university’s academic expertise by providing specialized educational and professional training programs that promote lifelong learning and support the development of national talents in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
