Trainer Communication Policy
The Motqan platform regulates communication between trainees and trainers to ensure an organized and effective learning environment according to the following guidelines:
- Trainees are required to follow the training content and communicate with trainers through the platform’s internal messaging system.
- Trainees may submit questions related to course content through the designated message box within the platform.
- Trainers are required to respond to trainee inquiries within a maximum of 72 hours.
- Communication with trainers outside the platform regarding course content is not permitted, in order to maintain the organization of the training process.
- Violation of this policy may result in automatic cancellation of the trainee’s registration in the training program without compensation, according to the institute’s regulations.
- All questions and inquiries must be directly related to the training course and its academic content.
